Tecbond 246 is a high viscosity EVA adhesive formulated specifically for Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) production workflows. These 1/2" (12mm) glue sticks deliver high bond strength after compression, ensuring dependable performance throughout the dent pulling process without bond failure.
Designed for consistent use on smooth substrates, including painted and some varnished surfaces, the adhesive offers a medium open time that supports controlled placement and gap filling. While providing a secure hold, these hot melt glue sticks remain easily removable with isopropyl alcohol or similar PDR release agents, supporting efficient rework and throughput.
