Tecbond 5 is a high-performance EVA adhesive formulated specifically for woodworking and carpentry applications. These 1-3/4" (43 mm) hot melt glue slugs feature a very low viscosity that enables close bonds on softwoods, select hardwoods, and light gauge materials, setting instantly when compressed.
This instant setting behavior allows the adhesive to function as a holding aid or clamp substitute while PVA adhesives cure, helping reduce the need for tacks and screws during assembly. The formulation also bonds effectively to card, plastics, and ceramics, making it suitable for interior trim, drawer bottoms, and cabinet backs.
