Tecbond 440 is a polyolefin-based adhesive formulated primarily for use with Tec spray applicators to support high-performance packaging and product assembly workflows. Supplied in 1 3/4" (43mm) glue slugs, this adhesive bonds cardboard, wood, foam, and many plastics, including surfaces that are traditionally difficult to secure in production environments.

While optimized for spray application, Tecbond 440 can also be applied in bead or dot form to support more targeted placement when required. The formulation offers an extended open time of up to six minutes, allowing flexible positioning and improved efficiency during assembly. Once compressed, the adhesive delivers high tack for near-instant hold while helping restrict creeping, then sets to form a tough, resilient coating.
