Bostik PE75 is a nonwoven polyester hot melt web adhesive designed for lamination and assembly applications involving temperature-sensitive materials. Its fine-filament web construction provides uniform adhesive coverage while maintaining good textile hand and a permeable bond. PE75 bonds to a wide variety of fabrics, urethane foams and vinyls and resists repeated home laundering, oils and plasticizers.

How to Activate & Apply Bostik PE75 Adhesive Webbing

Bostik PE75 adhesive web can be heat activated using an electric fusing press, heated rolls, heated air, radiant heat or steam press. For dry heat applications, PE75 requires a minimum activation temperature of 190°F (88°C). Typical reactivation time is less than 15 seconds, although actual processing time will vary depending on the application technique, temperature, pressure, substrates and adhesive thickness.
