Bostik PO102 is a nonwoven polyolefin hot melt web adhesive with potential applications including footwear laminates, apparel laminates, filter assembly and foam-to-fabric bonding. Its soft hand feel and high elongation make it well suited for flexible bonded constructions, while its moderate melt and fast-setting characteristics support temperature-sensitive substrates. PO102 provides uniform adhesive coverage and good adhesion to polyethylene nonwovens and contoured polyester fabrics.

How to Activate & Apply Bostik PO102 Adhesive Webbing

Bostik PO102 adhesive web can be activated using an electric fusing press, heated rolls, heated air or radiant heat. Dry heat activation requires 234°F (112°C). Reactivation time typically falls within the 8–10 second range depending on the technique, temperature, pressure, substrates and adhesive thickness.
