Bostik PE120 is a nonwoven polyester hot melt web adhesive designed for lamination and assembly applications requiring good temperature resistance and excellent washing resistance. Its fine-filament construction provides uniform adhesive coverage and good textile hand while bonding to a wide variety of fabrics, foams and vinyls. PE120 is fast setting and non-yellowing, with good resistance to oils and plasticizers for durable bonded constructions.

How to Activate & Apply Bostik PE120 Adhesive Webbing

Bostik PE120 adhesive web can be activated using an electric fusing press, heated rolls, heated air or radiant heat. Dry heat activation requires a minimum temperature of 270°F (132°C). Reactivation time is typically 8–10 seconds, although actual processing time depends on the activation technique, temperature, pressure, substrates and adhesive thickness.
