Tecbond 1942 is an EVA-based adhesive developed for packaging, woodworking, and product assembly operations that require dependable bonding on difficult substrates. These 1/2" (12mm) glue sticks are designed to bond nylon, ABS, rigid PVC, melamine, and light-gauge metals to wood while supporting faster installation and repeatable production results.

The formulation delivers a short open time to improve throughput while forming a strong bond within minutes of compression. Tecbond 1942 also performs well on ceramics such as tile displays and other smooth, shiny surfaces. Because the adhesive contains natural materials, adjusting applicator temperatures may help control flow and reduce excessive dripping during application.
