Power Adhesives Foundrytec 501 Low Viscosity Glue Slugs
Foundrytec 501 is a pale-amber hot melt adhesive supplied in 1-3/4" (43mm) slug form, designed for bonding sand cores in the foundry industry.
Built around a synthetic polymer based hotmelt chemistry for use on sand cores, it supports close bonding with minimal gaps, while hot melt glue slugs help reduce stringing and improve applicator output for consistent assembly work. For workflow flexibility, hot glue slugs are well-suited to core builds where low viscosity supports close-fit core placement.
