Nordson 804487 Triple-Orifice Bronze Nozzle is designed for angled adhesive dispensing, featuring a 0.020 in. (0.51 mm) diameter and a 30° spray angle with a 0.050 in. (1.3 mm) engagement length. Its triple-bead design ensures expanded adhesive coverage and consistent bead placement, making it ideal for bonding tasks requiring precise adhesive control.
Constructed from phosphor bronze, this nozzle offers heat retention and wear resistance, providing durability in continuous-use production environments. It is compatible with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators and requires retainer part number 152290 for secure installation.
