Nordson 715646 is an H204 hot melt adhesive applicator with four RTD-controlled modules spaced at 0.88" centers and configured with independent air. This setup provides each module with its own air supply, allowing for precise control and clean adhesive cutoff across multiple application points. Its air-open/spring-close actuation system supports consistent performance in high-speed, multi-bead dispensing operations.
Configured for 240V operation, this applicator delivers consistent heating and reliable integration with Nordson multi-channel dispensing systems. Compatible with Nordson 2300, 3000, 6000, ProBlue®, and DuraBlue® melters, the H204 is ideal for packaging and manufacturing environments requiring accurate, flexible adhesive delivery.
