The Graco InvisiPac HM10 is a tank-free hot melt adhesive system designed for low-flow case and carton sealing applications where reliability, efficiency, and safety are critical. With a 10 lb/hr (4.5 kg/hr) melt rate and a 10-minute startup time, this easy to install hot melt adhesive system delivers adhesive on demand to help reduce waste, conserve energy, and maintain consistent seal quality.

By eliminating a traditional heated tank, the HM10 functions as a melt-on-demand hot glue system that helps reduce adhesive charring, nozzle plugging, and thermal shock. The self-contained adhesive melter includes an unheated, on-board hopper that holds up to 20 lb (9 kg) of pellets, along with an intuitive touchscreen interface for monitoring temperature, flow rate, and material consumption. The system supports one to four dispense channels, providing flexibility for a range of packaging line configurations.
