Nordson 276775 is an H204 hot melt adhesive applicator featuring four RTD-controlled modules with staggered center spacing of 0.88", 1.50", and 0.88". Built for water-resistant operation, this applicator is designed to perform reliably in high-humidity or washdown-prone environments. It uses air-open/spring-close actuation to ensure sharp adhesive cutoff and consistent multi-bead dispensing across wider product zones.
The 240V configuration ensures consistent thermal control for dependable performance in demanding industrial environments. Compatible with Nordson 2300, 3000, 6000, ProBlue®, and DuraBlue® melters, the H204 is ideal for packaging and assembly systems requiring dependable multi-channel adhesive delivery in challenging production conditions.
