Nordson® 220005 Nozzle
Nordson 220005 Dual-Orifice Bronze Nozzle is designed for precision adhesive dispensing, featuring a 0.018 in. (0.46 mm) diameter and a 45° spray angle with a 0.050 in. (1.3 mm) engagement length. Its dual-bead pattern ensures even adhesive distribution, making it suitable for bonding tasks requiring consistent coverage and accuracy.
Made from phosphor bronze, this nozzle provides heat retention and wear resistance for long-term durability in continuous-use environments. It is compatible with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators and requires retainer part number 152290 for proper installation.
