Nordson 220004 Dual-Orifice Bronze Nozzle is designed for angled adhesive dispensing, featuring a 0.016 in. (0.41 mm) diameter and a 45° spray angle with a 0.050 in. (1.3 mm) engagement length. Its dual-bead pattern delivers even adhesive distribution, making it ideal for industrial bonding tasks that require accuracy and precision.
Constructed from phosphor bronze, this nozzle offers heat retention and wear resistance, making it ideal for continuous-use production environments. It is specifically designed for use with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators and requires retainer part number 152290 for secure installation.
