Nordson® 126405 Applicator
Nordson 126405 is an H204-RC12-T hot melt adhesive applicator featuring four reduced cavity modules arranged with staggered center spacing: 0.88", 1.50", and 0.88". Configured for 0.012" orifice applications, this applicator delivers clean adhesive cutoff with minimized stringing across multiple bead paths. It includes air-open/spring-close actuation and a T-style cordset for streamlined integration into high-speed production lines.
With 240V operation, this applicator provides stable thermal performance and compatibility with Nordson hot melt systems. Compatible with Nordson 2300, 3000, ProBlue®, and DuraBlue® melters, the H204-RC12-T is ideal for packaging and industrial applications requiring accurate adhesive delivery over a wider coverage area.
