Nordson® 322412 Nozzle
Nordson 322412 Saturn™ Nozzle ensures precise adhesive flow with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.012 in. (0.30 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a green ring, and a 0.300 in. (7.6 mm) engagement length, identified by a black ring. These color-coded rings simplify nozzle identification and replacement, ensuring consistent adhesive flow and bead placement. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle reduces adhesive waste and improves bond quality.
Constructed from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides superior wear resistance for demanding industrial applications. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, it replaces the 237XXX series for improved performance and reliability.
