Nordson® 322318 Nozzle
Nordson 322318 Saturn™ Nozzle provides precise adhesive application with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.018 in. (0.46 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a red ring, and a 0.150 in. (3.8 mm) engagement length, identified by a green ring. These color-coded rings streamline nozzle identification and replacement, ensuring consistent adhesive flow and bead placement. Engineered with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle minimizes adhesive waste while enhancing bond reliability.
Made from brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle is built to withstand wear in demanding applications. It is compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, replacing the 237XXX series with improved performance.
