Nordson® 322216 Nozzle
Nordson 322216 Saturn™ Nozzle provides reliable adhesive flow with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.016 in. (0.41 mm) orifice diameter, identified with an orange ring, and a 0.100 in. (2.5 mm) engagement length, identified by a blue ring. These color-coded rings ensure accurate nozzle selection and replacement, enabling consistent adhesive flow and bead placement. Engineered with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle minimizes adhesive waste and enhances bond reliability.
Constructed from brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle delivers exceptional wear resistance for demanding industrial applications. It is compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, replacing the older 237XXX series with enhanced durability and precision.
