Nordson® 322214 Nozzle
Nordson 322214 Saturn™ Nozzle ensures precision adhesive flow with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.014 in. (0.36 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a yellow ring, and a 0.100 in. (2.5 mm) engagement length, identified by a blue ring. These color-coded rings simplify nozzle identification and replacement, promoting consistent adhesive flow and bead placement. Manufactured with stringent tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle enhances bond quality and reduces adhesive waste.
Made from brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle is designed for durability in high-use environments. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, the Saturn™ Nozzle replaces the 237XXX series with improved performance and reliability.
