Nordson® 322212 Nozzle
Nordson 322212 Saturn™ Nozzle delivers reliable adhesive application with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.012 in. (0.30 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a green ring, and a 0.100 in. (2.5 mm) engagement length, identified by a blue ring. These color-coded rings simplify nozzle selection and replacement, ensuring consistent adhesive flow and bead placement. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle minimizes adhesive waste while improving bond quality.
Constructed from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle is built for wear resistance in demanding applications. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, the Saturn™ Nozzle replaces the 237XXX series while maintaining Nordson's reputation for high-performance adhesive dispensing.
