Nordson® 322118 Nozzle
Nordson 322118 Saturn™ Nozzle offers precise adhesive application with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.018 in. (0.46 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a red ring, and a 0.075 in. (1.9 mm) engagement length, identified by a brown ring. These color-coded rings make nozzle selection and replacement straightforward, ensuring consistent adhesive flow and bead placement. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle minimizes adhesive waste while enhancing bond performance.
Constructed from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides excellent wear resistance for demanding applications. It is compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, and replaces the older 237XXX series for improved performance.
