Nordson® 322012 Nozzle
Nordson 322012 Saturn™ Nozzle ensures precise adhesive placement with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.012 in. (0.30 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a green ring, and a 0.050 in. (1.3 mm) engagement length, identified by a purple ring. These color-coded rings simplify nozzle identification and replacement, ensuring consistent adhesive flow and bead accuracy. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle delivers reduced adhesive waste and enhanced bond quality.
Made from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle offers exceptional wear resistance for demanding applications. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, it replaces the older 237XXX series while maintaining Nordson’s industry-leading performance standards.
