Nordson 232022 Single-Orifice Straight Nozzle is designed for precision adhesive dispensing, featuring a 0.020 in. (0.51 mm) diameter and a 0.150 in. (3.8 mm) engagement length. Engineered for consistent adhesive flow, it ensures accurate bead placement for demanding bonding applications.
Manufactured with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle offers superior heat retention and wear resistance, making it suitable for continuous-use production environments. Designed for use with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators, it requires retainer part number 152290 for proper installation.
