Nordson® 232018 Nozzle
Nordson 232018 Single-Orifice Straight Nozzle is designed for accurate adhesive dispensing with a 0.018 in. (0.46 mm) diameter and a 0.150 in. (3.8 mm) engagement length. It provides consistent adhesive flow and uniform bead placement, making it ideal for industrial bonding applications requiring controlled accuracy.
Constructed with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle ensures heat retention and wear resistance for long-term use in demanding production environments. It is compatible with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators and requires retainer part number 152290 for secure installation.
