Nordson 232012 Single-Orifice Straight Nozzle is engineered for precise adhesive dispensing with a 0.016 in. (0.41 mm) diameter and a 0.075 in. (1.9 mm) engagement length. Designed for controlled adhesive flow, it ensures consistent bead placement for industrial bonding tasks requiring accuracy and repeatability.
Constructed with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle offers heat retention and wear resistance, making it ideal for high-volume production environments. Compatible with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators, it requires retainer part number 152290 for secure installation.
