Nordson 231621 Single-Orifice Straight Nozzle is designed for precision adhesive dispensing with a 0.010 in. (0.25 mm) diameter and a 0.075 in. (1.9 mm) engagement length. It ensures consistent adhesive flow and accurate bead placement, ideal for bonding tasks where control and uniformity are essential.
Constructed with a stainless-steel insert and a brass adapter, this nozzle provides enhanced heat retention and wear resistance for continuous-use environments. Designed for use with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators, it requires retainer part number 152290 for proper installation.
