Nordson 231618 Single-Orifice Straight Nozzle is engineered for accurate adhesive dispensing with a 0.018 in. (0.46 mm) diameter and a 0.150 in. (3.8 mm) engagement length. It provides controlled adhesive flow and consistent bead placement, making it ideal for bonding applications requiring precision and uniform coverage.
Built with a stainless-steel insert and a brass adapter, this nozzle offers enhanced durability and heat retention for continuous-use industrial environments. Designed for compatibility with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators, it requires retainer part number 152290 for proper installation.
