Nordson 231420 Single-Orifice Straight Nozzle is designed for precise adhesive dispensing with a 0.020 in. (0.51 mm) diameter and a 0.100 in. (2.5 mm) engagement length. Constructed with a brass adapter and a stainless-steel insert, it provides consistent adhesive flow and enhanced durability for demanding industrial applications.
This nozzle ensures uniform bead placement and reliable heat retention, making it ideal for continuous-use production environments. Designed for compatibility with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators, it requires retainer part number 152290 for secure installation.
