Nordson 231418 Single-Orifice Straight Nozzle is designed for precise adhesive dispensing with a 0.018 in. (0.46 mm) diameter and a 0.100 in. (2.5 mm) engagement length. Constructed with a brass adapter and a stainless-steel insert, it ensures controlled adhesive flow and reliable bead placement for bonding applications requiring uniform coverage.
Built for long-term performance, this nozzle offers enhanced heat retention and wear resistance, making it ideal for continuous-use industrial environments. It is compatible with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators and requires retainer part number 152290 for secure installation.
