Nordson 231412 Single-Orifice Straight Nozzle is designed for precise adhesive dispensing with a 0.012 in. (0.31 mm) diameter and a 0.100 in. (2.5 mm) engagement length. Engineered for consistent adhesive flow, it provides uniform bead placement, making it ideal for precision bonding applications in industrial environments.
Constructed with a brass adapter and a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle offers enhanced heat retention and wear resistance for demanding production setups. It is designed for use with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators and requires retainer part number 152290 for secure installation.
