Nordson 231318 Single-Orifice Straight Nozzle is designed for precision adhesive dispensing with a 0.018 in. (0.46 mm) diameter and a 0.075 in. (1.9 mm) engagement length. It delivers consistent adhesive flow and accurate bead placement, making it suitable for industrial bonding tasks requiring controlled results.
Built with a stainless-steel insert and a brass adapter, this nozzle offers excellent heat retention and long-term durability. Designed for use with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators, it requires retainer part number 152290 for secure installation.
