Nordson 231208 Single-Orifice Straight Nozzle is engineered for precise adhesive dispensing with a 0.008 in. (0.20 mm) diameter and a 0.050 in. (1.3 mm) engagement length. It ensures controlled adhesive flow and uniform bead placement, making it suitable for detailed bonding tasks requiring accuracy.
Constructed with a brass adapter and a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides heat retention and wear resistance for continuous-use industrial environments. Designed for use with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators, it requires retainer part number 152290 for proper installation.
