Nordson 220055 Dual-Orifice Steel Nozzle is engineered for angled adhesive dispensing, featuring a 0.014 in. (0.36 mm) diameter and a 45° spray angle with a 0.050 in. (1.3 mm) engagement length. Its dual-bead pattern provides uniform bead placement, making it ideal for bonding tasks requiring consistent adhesive distribution.
Constructed from steel with a black oxide coating, this nozzle offers enhanced heat retention, wear resistance, and long-term durability for continuous-use production environments. Designed for use with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators, it requires retainer part number 152290 for secure installation.
