Nordson 220024 Four-Orifice Bronze Nozzle is designed for angled adhesive dispensing, featuring a 0.016 in. (0.41 mm) diameter and a 35/76° spray angle with a 0.050 in. (1.3 mm) engagement length. Its quadruple-bead design provides uniform adhesive distribution, making it ideal for precision bonding tasks requiring expanded coverage.
Constructed from phosphor bronze, this nozzle delivers heat retention and wear resistance, ensuring long-term performance in continuous-use environments. Designed for use with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators, it requires retainer part number 152290 for secure installation.
