Nordson® 220012 Nozzle
Nordson 220012 Triple-Orifice Bronze Nozzle is designed for angled adhesive dispensing, featuring a 0.012 in. (0.31 mm) diameter and a 45° spray angle with a 0.050 in. (1.3 mm) engagement length. Its triple-bead pattern provides expanded adhesive coverage, making it ideal for demanding bonding tasks requiring precise distribution.
Constructed from phosphor bronze, this nozzle ensures heat retention and wear resistance for continuous-use production environments. Designed for use with H-20 Applicators, E100XT, EM-100, M-100 Series, and Series 700 Electric Applicators, it requires retainer part number 152290 for proper installation.
