Nordson® 1058927 Nozzle
Nordson 1058927 Saturn™ Nozzle delivers precision adhesive flow with its single-orifice straight bead design. It features a 0.028 in. (0.71 mm) orifice diameter, identified with a black ring, and a 0.150 in. (3.8 mm) engagement length, identified by a green ring. These color-coded rings streamline nozzle identification and replacement, ensuring consistent adhesive flow and bead placement. Manufactured to strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle minimizes adhesive waste and enhances bond reliability.
Constructed from durable brass with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides excellent wear resistance in high-demand industrial environments. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, it replaces the 237XXX series with improved performance and durability.
