Nordson 1015916 Saturn™ Nozzle is a dual-orifice right-angled nozzle engineered for precise adhesive application at a 30° angle. It features a 0.016 in. (0.41 mm) orifice diameter, identified by an orange bottom ring and a blue top ring. The dual-orifice design ensures optimized adhesive flow and bead placement, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments.
Constructed from a durable brass adapter with a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides reliable performance and long-lasting durability. Manufactured with tight tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle reduces adhesive waste and promotes consistent bond quality. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, it upholds Nordson's high-performance standards.
