Nordson 1015912 Saturn™ Nozzle is a dual-orifice right-angled nozzle designed for precise adhesive application at a 30° angle. It features a 0.012 in. (0.31 mm) orifice diameter, identified by a green bottom ring and a blue top ring. This dual-orifice design enhances adhesive flow and bead placement, making it ideal for angled applications in demanding industrial environments.
Constructed from a brass adapter and a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle offers long-lasting performance and reliability. Manufactured to strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle reduces adhesive waste and promotes consistent bond quality. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, it upholds Nordson’s standards for precision and dependability.
