Nordson 1015828 Saturn™ Nozzle is a dual-orifice right-angled nozzle engineered for precise adhesive application at a 15° angle. It features a 0.028 in. (0.71 mm) orifice diameter, identified by a black bottom ring and a brown top ring. The dual-orifice design ensures optimal adhesive flow and bead placement, making it ideal for demanding production environments.
Constructed with a durable brass adapter and a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle delivers exceptional performance and reliability. Manufactured with tight tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle minimizes adhesive waste and promotes consistent bond quality. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, it upholds Nordson's high-performance standards.
