Nordson® 1015820 Nozzle
Nordson 1015820 Saturn™ Nozzle is a dual-orifice right-angled nozzle engineered for precision adhesive application at a 15° angle. It features a 0.020 in. (0.51 mm) orifice diameter, identified by a beige bottom ring and a brown top ring. The dual-orifice design enhances adhesive flow and bead placement, delivering consistent results for demanding industrial applications.
Constructed with a brass adapter and a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides durability and reliable performance. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle minimizes adhesive waste and promotes consistent bond quality. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators, it meets Nordson's high standards for adhesive dispensing.
