Nordson 1011028 Saturn™ Nozzle ensures reliable adhesive dispensing with its single-orifice 90° right-angle design. It features a 0.028 in. (0.71 mm) orifice diameter, identified by a black bottom ring, with a standard purple top ring. These color-coded rings streamline nozzle selection and replacement, promoting consistent adhesive flow and bead placement.
Constructed with a right-angle brass adapter and a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides exceptional durability and precision for high-demand applications. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle minimizes adhesive waste and enhances bond reliability. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators.
