Nordson® 1011018 Nozzle
Nordson 1011018 Saturn™ Nozzle offers reliable adhesive dispensing with its single-orifice 90° right-angle design. It features a 0.018 in. (0.46 mm) orifice diameter, identified by a red bottom ring, with a standard purple top ring. These color-coded rings streamline nozzle identification and replacement, ensuring consistent adhesive flow and bead accuracy.
Constructed with a right-angle brass adapter and a stainless-steel insert, this nozzle provides superior durability and precision for demanding adhesive applications. Manufactured with strict tolerances, the Saturn™ Nozzle reduces adhesive waste and enhances bond quality. Compatible with SolidBlue® S, ClassicBlue, Blue Series, MiniBlue, MiniBlue II, MiniBlue II LP, E-350, and E-380 applicators.
