Nordson 103225 is an H202 Series hot melt adhesive applicator with a zero cavity module configuration designed for reduced stringing and clean adhesive cutoff. This 2-module head features 2.31" spacing between modules and is configured for use with 0.016" orifice nozzles. The air-open/spring-close actuation ensures consistent bead placement and superior cycle performance in high-speed manufacturing environments.

Operating at 240V, this applicator delivers stable thermal performance for continuous use in industrial environments. Compatible with Nordson 2300, 3000, ProBlue®, and DuraBlue® melters, the H202 zero cavity applicator is well-suited for packaging lines, product assembly, and industrial systems requiring precision and long-term reliability.
