The Meler Micron+ MOD is a tank-free, melt-on-demand hot melt adhesive system designed for medium to low consumption applications where efficiency, cleanliness, and adhesive integrity are critical. Unlike traditional tank melters, it only melts adhesive as needed— reduces charring, maintenance, and improves overall system reliability.

This system supports PSA, EVA, and polyolefin (PO) hot melt adhesives, with a melting rate of up to 34.17 lbs/hr (15.5 kg/hr). Configurable with 2, 4, or 6 hose outputs, the Micron+ MOD is ideal for applications such as packaging, product assembly, labeling, and other precision adhesive processes requiring consistent output and reduced material waste.
