These 1/2" (12mm) hot melt glue sticks operate at temperatures as low as 266°F (130°C), providing faster setting speeds compared to standard low melt adhesives. The formulation delivers strong adhesion to a variety of substrates, including paper, cardboard, foam, and specific plastics, ensuring reliable bonding for packaging tasks.
Adjustable properties allow Tecbond LM46 to meet specific production needs. When applied at 320°F (160°C), the adhesive achieves a lower viscosity and longer open time for complex bonding. In contrast, lower temperatures increase viscosity for improved gap filling. Whether used in low melt tools for carton closing or hot melt applicators for maximum output, these sticks offer clean, string-free processing and efficient performance in high-output environments.
