Power Adhesives Tecbond 410 Sprayable Hot Melt Glue Slugs
Tecbond 410 is designed for applications where materials need to be held securely without creating permanent bonds or surface damage. Commonly used for pallet stabilization, packaging inserts, and position fixing, this polyolefin hot melt adhesive performs especially well on heat-sensitive materials such as expanded polystyrene and lightweight foams. Supplied in 1 3/4" (43 mm) glue slug form, it is intended for use with Tec spray applicators and offers a cost-effective solution for bonding paper and plastic substrates in packaging environments.
Clean, damage-free removal is supported by Tecbond 410’s low-tack formulation, providing enough holding strength for stabilization while simplifying downstream handling and repositioning. In spray mode, the adhesive cools rapidly after application to help protect heat-sensitive substrates and create broader, more uniform coverage than traditional bead patterns. Although spray application is most common, Tecbond 410 can also be extruded as a controlled bead when more precise adhesive placement is required.
