Its plug-free design helps eliminate nozzle plugging and reduce adhesive char, improving uptime while maintaining consistent adhesive flow during continuous operation. A free-flow adhesive path combined with integrated filtering minimizes dead zones where char can form, supporting clean, low-maintenance performance in demanding packaging environments.

The applicator is equipped with a 24 VDC solenoid valve and a Pt 100 RTD to support accurate temperature monitoring and stable operation during production. When used with the Graco InvisiPac Tank-Free Hot Melt Delivery System, including HM10, HM25c, and HM50 models, the GS35 delivers clean, stable adhesive flow system-wide.
