The Power Adhesives bench mount kit allows users to effectively mount their TEC 6100 and TEC 7100 pneumatic hot melt guns. This virtually eliminates user fatigue, especially if the hot melt applicator is being used for extended periods of time. It pairs a custom mounting solution with a foot pedal so the gun can be activated with the touch of a foot.
This bench mount kit can also be paired with a TEC 4000-TK timer control unit which allows users to dispense the exact same amount of hot melt each time. Using the timer control can reduce the amount of adhesive use and improve the consistency of product assembly and packaging applications.
