Applicator Systems offers custom PTFE-lined heated transfer hoses designed for the transfer of hot melt adhesives and other non-explosive fluid materials in a variety of industrial applications.

These rugged hoses can transport not only hot melt, but asphalt, gas samplings, waxes, plastics, steam, cosmetic liquids, wastes, liquid foods, air, ink, and many other materials. 

All Applicator Systems hoses are made in the USA and are manufactured to meet the application specifications at hand. They are available in two voltages, 115VAC and 230VAC, and offer a choice of core size, lifting type, hose length, sensor type, voltage, hose covering, and pressure rating. A temperature controller is not included.

How to Order Custom Hoses

The first step is to request a quote for your hose. Then once you are ready to order, we will provide a new part number for your records and correlate that number back to the OEM's part number and description. This will assure proper installation and use, as well as convenient re-ordering.
