The Graco InvisiPac PC8e Integrated Pattern Controller delivers high-precision adhesive pattern control for InvisiPac hot melt systems and other compatible equipment requiring advanced pattern control. It supports time-based operation as well as distance-based control with optional encoder input and variable line speed compensation. Programmed through Graco’s Advanced Display Module (ADM), the PC-8e allows operators to easily create, monitor, and adjust adhesive patterns while maintaining consistent application accuracy, even as production speeds change.

When used with an encoder, the PC-8e synchronizes adhesive output with line speed to help optimize adhesive usage and improve bond consistency in demanding, variable-speed applications. In addition to time- and distance-based pattern control, the PC-8e supports advanced run-up control using I/P or V/P pressure regulation, making it well suited for precision packaging and industrial processes where accuracy and repeatability are critical.

For applications that do not require encoder feedback or line speed compensation, the InvisiPac PC-8 pattern controller is also available.
